Každý skutek a čin i myšlenku někomu pomoci nejdřív dejte posoudit svému nitru a vlastní rozumové úvaze. Podle toho jednejte v životě. Zvedněte pravou ruku do výše ramen a pomalu roztahujte prsty od sebe. Učíte se tím soustřeďěnosti. Nechte prsty roztažené poloze asi 20 sekund a pak rychle sevřete ruku v pěst. Cvičení střídavě provádějte pravou i levou rukou. Asi po dobu 6 minut. Cviky se provádějí každý den.

Když budete opakovat cvičení několik dní, zjistíte, že ho začínáte automaticky opakovat i ve zbylém čase. Pamatujte,ale na to že jste pouhý pozorovatel, jak jednáte v situacích, jak jednáte s lidmi a jak reagujete na okolí. Měl/a byste se tak naučit kde přidat a kde ubrat.
Mysl a síla
Existuje popředí a pozadí mysli, v nichž se pohybují myšlenky různých frekvencí, přitom se všechny setkávají na společném rozhraní. Toto rozhraní představje prostor, ve kterém se uskutečňuje energie i hmota a je zároveň jejich nosičem. Tímto prostorem umožňujeme přenos veškeré projevené i neprojevené skutečnosti.
Cvičení na posílení své vůle
1. Cvičení provádějte k večeru nebo si trochu zatáhněte, zapalte si svíčku dejte ji před sebe a posaďte se. Klidně začněte dýchat a začněte počítáním dechů soustřeďovat se na dýchání. napočítejte do deseti a zase znovu.
2. Potom chvíli přirozeně dýchejte, cílem cvičení je ponořit se do temnoty nemyšlení. Zpočátku zjistíte, že mysl má tendenci pracovat nepřetržitě a vtahovat nás do myšlenek, které vstupují do naší mysli podle vlastní vůle. Nenásilně, ale odhodlaně je od sebe odrážejte a znovu a znovu se pokoušejte nastolit stav prázdné mysli. Můžete použít aktivní i pasivní ticho to znamená pustit si barokní hudbu nebo použít metronom nastavený na šedesát úderů za minutu - je to důležité, pokud vás ruší zvuky z ulice. Nebo můžete použít jen pouhé ticho.
3. Nejdřív se pokoušejte denně jen jen pár minut. Vynořující myšlenky nepotlačujte, ale nechte je odeznít. Smyslem je utišit popředí mysli.
4.Snažte se setrvat v tomto stavu tak dlouho, jak vám je to příjemné, dokud není stav přerušen. Potom se znovu několikrát nadechněte a a protáhněte se jako kočka. Zkuste si pocit klidu udržet i mimo cvičení.
Zaměřování a podněcování mysli
Nejlíp se provádí při aktivní činnosti, která nevyžaduje myšlenkové soustředění ve smyslu čtení, učení, ale např. houpaní se, pohled do ohně, pletení, zahradničení, uklízení, volné procházky - za předpokladu, že nic z toho se neděje ve spěchu. Je to aktivní meditace, která jako meditace zastavuje myšlenkovou činnost popředí mysli. Během aktivní meditace se vynoří problémy, které je potřeba řešit a zároveň i možná řešení. V tomto stavu si uvědomíme co v nás vytváří napětí, jaké máme bloky a co má schází, i někdy uvidíme co sobě nalháváme a čím nás kdo balamutí. Ve stavu aktivní meditace získáte prostor pro potřebné změny ve vašem životě.
Vizualizace- vytváření představy
Vizualizace je nejdůležitější součást čarování. Váš úmysl je nejdřív jako inspirace, potom je upraven představivostí i nadšením, potom touhou a schopností vcítit se a nakonec přetvořit v konkrétní výsledek, který se projeví do té míry, v jaké jste zvládli celý proces. Bez schopnosti vizualizace je prakticky nemožné zasahovat do astrální říše. Vizualizace tvoří základ magie a může vnést do našeho života významné změny. Existuje několik stupňů a úrovní, které vyžadují soustředěný trénink, stejně jakákoliv jiná technika. Jakmile dosáhnete potřebné hloubky, uvidíte svoji potřebnou představu, i s otevřenýma očima.
Cvičení I.
1. Uvolněte se a ponořte se do meditace. vytvořte si před očima představu nekonečné černi. Na pozadí černého prostoru si vytvořte představu kruhu. Potom začněte po směru hodinových ručiček kruh vymazávat tak, že začnete u dvanáctky. Stejným způsobem kruh znovu utvářejte. Udržujte v mysli představu kruhu, než napočítáte do deseti, a potom ho znovu vymažte.
2. Pokud se vám během cvičení představa vytratí, několikrát se zhluboka nadechněte a začněte znovu. Nejdřív se vám asi dařit moc nebude, ale při opakovaném cvičení nakonec uspějete.
Cvičení II.
1. Začněte stějně jako v předcházejícím cvičení představou nekonečné černi. Vytvořte si představu kruhu. Přeměňte kruh v kouli a začněte jí otáčet, jako byste si ji chtěl/a ze všech stran prohlédnout. vnímejte její povrch, velikost, barvu. Pokud není barevná vybarvěte ji. potom ji zkuste zvětšit i zmenšit, změňte materiál, ze kterého je.
2. Podržte si tuto představu, jak dlouho je vám příjemné, a pak se rozhodněte, kdy skončit. nenechte se rušit žádnými jinými myšlenkami. pokud vás přece jenom něco vyruší, začněte znovu od začátku, nebo se vraťte k cvičení později.
Cvičení III.
1. Opět začněte představou černi jako v prvním cvičení. Vytvořte si představu kruhu. Přeměňte kruh v kouli. Změňte kouli na ovoce. Pozorujte jak se vaše ruce dotýkají. oloupejte ho a ochutnejte. Žvýkejte ho, polkněte a sledujte jak prochází až do žaludku. Snězte tímto způsobem celé ovoce.
2. Když už jste zvládli představu ovoce, zkoušejte jiné typy a druhy představ. Jakmile získáte kontrolu nad svou vědomou vizualizací, můžete přejít k další fázi cvičení, kterou je vytváření pohyblivých představ, jako jsou ideje.
Cvičení IV.
1. Začněte meditovat obvyklým způsobem. Zvolte si určitý koncept - hledání, svoboda, experiment,..... rozímejte o výrazu zvoleného konceptu.
2. Vytvářejte v sobě představy situací a událostí, které podtrhují hodnotu zvoleného konceptu. Mějte stále na mysli záměr cvičení a nenechte se unést fantazií.
Cvičení V.
Pomocí techniky řízené vizualizace si vytvořte představu události, ve které budou figurovat lidé, s nimiž jste v pravidelném kontaktu, a kde vystoupí určitý fenomén. Buďte věcní, ale uvědomte si, že to, co nyní vkládáte do reality není běžný jev, jako někomu říci "ahoj" cestou na nákup. To, co zvolíte, by mělo být jednoznačné a důrazné a měli byste si to zapsat do knihy stínů. Umístěte danou událost do vybraného časového úseku např. do týdne.
Tato technika nevyžaduje jen vědomou kontrolu, ale i vzhledem k jejím neomezeným možnostem i určitý stupeň etičnosti. Mějte stále na mysli, že za následky toho, co necháte ve světe vědomě projevit, nesete odpovědnost. Vzpomeňte také na zákon Shody, Příčiny a Následku.! Tzn. každá akce plodí rovnocennou a zpětnou reakci. Zákon shody se nevztahuje jen na hmotnou úroveň, ale také na naše myšlenky a energii jako je řeč a nálada. Východní terminologie má pro tento výraz název KARMA. Karmu je možné napravovat vhodným myšlením a mluvením a konáním.
Záměr
Mějte stále na paměti, proč děláte to, co děláte. Buďte si vědomi svých motivů. Je nutno pracovat pečlivě a soustředěně, protože tak docílíte svého záměru. Každá myšlenka i čin ve vás postupně vyvolá odpověď, za kterou nesete plnou odpovědnost.
